Various religious leaders have continued to treat McKenzie as an isolated case, which should not be used to tarnish the good name and sanctity of the religious space.

Apostle Peter Wainaina of Blessed Hope Ministries says McKenzie should cease camouflaging under the banner of the church.

“Details emerging that McKenzie quit to be a pastor 10 years ago and went into farming we are talking of a former pastor. This is demonic and we are urging all Kenyans to treat it as such. It’s also true to say that whatever is done in the dark will come to be revealed in broad daylight,” the Apostle said.

Apostle Peter Wainaina was celebrating 14 years of his ministry’s existence in an auspicious occasion at Wangige.

He called upon Christians to continue to pray at a time when the devil is on the prowl.

“its indeed true that we are living in difficult times whereby you can hear the youths say that they are after God and not the Church.

That’s a dangerous statement because we don’t know the extent they can go to in seeking the God they purport to be looking for.” Apostle concluded.
