Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has unveiled Azam Media Ltd as the Federations official broadcast partner.

The seven year partnership graced by FKF president Nickson Mwendwa, Afc Leopards, Sofapaka and Shabana Chairman Dan Shikanda,, Elly Kalekwa and Nixon Nivaton among others is worth USD 1million.

The sponsorship is for the first season with an increment of 10 % for the subsequent season.

Azam was represented by Chief operation Officer Yahya Mohamed who said they are willing to forge a strong partnership that will involve the federations many other projects which he did not elaborate. Mwendwa lauded Azam for accepting to partner with the Federation and called upon Kenya soccer fraternity to buy Azam TV decoders to watch KPL and other major global league’s.

Mwendwa disclosed the deal came after he visited Dar es salaam for negotiations where many issues were also rejected.

The Federation Boss disclosed that another free to air deal which is awaiting approval is coming in few weeks time.

Azam Tv full Kit is retailing at Ksh 3, 900 while one decoder is Ksh. 2,400 respectfully.
