ODM leader Raila Odinga and his handshake partner Uhuru Kenyatta are now being warned against any plan to propose and push Azimio Bill in the legislative houses.
The warning which comes as advice has come from one of their top true ally, City Lawyer Donald Kipkorir who is much certain that the bill will bring more harm to them than positive impacts.
From his legal point of view in matters of politics, the Azimio Bill will probably give a lifeline to their opponents.
Instead, what they need in this plan is a properly drafted contract under the Political Parties Act which may be satisfactory to all.
This will lead to the transformation of the Azimio la Umoja movement to a political party after the emergence of ODMÂ and Jubilee led by Uhuru.
But for the Azimio Bill, the handshake duo needs to abandon it for their good as it may give a lifeline to their vibrant political opponents.
