Investors on the real estate sector have urged President Ruto reign to streamline the real estate sector to ensure Kenyans don’t loose their money to fraudulent investors who have in the past gone with people’s money.
Speaking during first anniversary of the CEO Hodari homes Mr musa wagaterina while also issuing malindi project title deeds urged youth’s and more so Young generation to invest in land and real estate and avoid too much spending on entertainment than investing.
Speaker’s present urged the Young generation to invest at their young age to enjoy at their old age.
They said investing Small by small makes it easy for the youth who don’t have cash in bulky.
They said Kenyans even in abroad have invested in real estate but most of them have been connect and sanity is what is needed in the industry going forward to put security in people’s investment .
Beneficiaries thanked Hodari homes saying they are know confident as they have titlle deeds but then they started by doubting and they took a risk but know they are happy.
